Conduct site-specific risk assessments to identify and address possible gaps for improvement planning

Develop tailored emergency response plans and policies & procedures with an all-hazards approach (man-made and other disaster types) and floor plans for evacuation routes

Develop communication plans to support continuity and the safety of your staff, clients, residents, and/or site visitors

Design and assist with executing HSEEP compliant disaster response exercises to include:

• Developing realistic scenarios based on results of the risk assessment

• Identifying key partners and stakeholders for exercise participation

• Scheduling exercise planning meetings (including a hot wash)

• Identifying roles of participants

• Determining exercise objectives and evaluation measures

• Testing response protocols and procedures

• Developing an After Action Report and Improvement plan

• Building a Multi-year Training and Exercise Plan

Conduct training sessions for staff on newly created and/or updated emergency response policies and procedures

Training may be conducted in a classroom like setting, a webinar/with Power Point and voice, as part of a disaster response exercise, or other
